2020, you are no joke.
We are all we've got.
And thankfully, we are also everything we need.
So this is what I've got. As an artist, herbalist, and educator, I hope I can do my part to help us all keep our immune systems in balance by being informed, prepared, and inspired for what's yet to come.
I want to share some resources--what I have available and others I'm finding useful. This will be a work in progress and updated often--please send me your additions!
If you're feeling inspired and in a position to pay it forward, any contributions are gratefully appreciated. $aflowerforallreasons <3
THIS FRIDAY MARCH 18th, 1pm PST:
Calling all Portland-area community herbalists! The most important thing we can do right now is to help the people around us maintain their physical and mental health on their own and to lighten the burden on medical system as much as possible. Let's check in and see how we can support each other in these efforts. Email for zoom invite.
Here's a link to free downloadable pdfs of my favorite go-to lessons and activities from my school gardening days. (All content by me, please share and credit respectfully)
And if anyone wants to zoom, chat or email about ideas for starting a home garden or transitioning to home schooling, please be in touch through the "contact" page above. I am happy to do this on a sliding scale/by donation basis.
I'm doing a roundup of some of the best things I've found online from herbalists around the world about maintaining physical and emotional health. Please send me what you've got!
